Abstract
According to the investigation and researched situation of ecology and resources in Baguang,Shenzhen,specially combining with the characteristics that there are many old trees and ancient trees and the biodiversity high in many terrestrial plant communities,put forward the strategies on whole area protect local region ecosystem in the process of plan and construction.Pointed out that the more 40 communities must be protected as whole community,they shall not be relocated and moved. On the basis of this principle,in aspect of plan and design,all roads shall be passed round these communities,and all buildings shall disposed on the communities periphery,thereby formed the well ecological pattern which buildings are located in between the thick forests;utilizing local natural vegetation communities,construct several coastal forest parks,formed the status that combine protection with leisure and tourism. All 16 streams shall not be obvious changed the riverway course,forbid laying any concrete etc. artificial installation in the bottom and sides of riverbed,so that ensure the mangrove plants,other hydrophytes and coastal plants can well growth and reproduction,meanwhile,structure leisure and recreation sites in the river banks;shall construct one or two large industrial waste water treatment factories,centralized treat all industrial and experimental study utilized waste water,these waste water must be strict separated with general domestic sewage,they can not also entry the domestic sewage treated factory which is not process the treatment function,so prevent the waste water of all enterprises and institutes draining into the streams and sea. Therefore realizing the aim that the international bio valley will be constructed became an ecological park which is furthest and best protected local original ecology,economics and ecology coordinated development,mutually improved,benefit optimal.关键词
