Abstract
"Multiple planning integration" provides a good opportunity for the construction of eco-civilization. Based on the concept of eco-civilization,different stages of the promotion of "multiple planning integration" and the participation of eco-environmental elements were divided,and a general idea which emphasizes target cohesion and environmental access based on spatial integration in the near future,and policy coordination and whole-process participation of eco-environment in the long term was proposed. At the same time,taking Deqing County as a case,the realization path of "multiple planning integration" in the near future was discussed,the realization path in the long term was conceived as well,which may provide useful reference for the operation of "multiple planning integration" and the construction of eco-civilization in China.关键词
