摘要

Abstract

In this paper,we measured the total phosphorus of surface water by Spectrophotometry with AA3 continuous flow injection and ammonium molybdate,and did comparative analysis. Through this test,it can be seen that the test results difference between the two detection methods of injection AA3 continuous flow and ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric is not big,but the AA3 continuous flow injection method is more automotive,and suitable for large quantities of water sample analysis.
