Abstract
The low efficiency of high solid anaerobic digestion seriously limits the utilization of organic matter in sludge.In this paper,the effect of ozone pretreatment on anaerobic digestion of high solid sludge was explored in a sequencing batch reactor.Experimental results show that ozone pretreatment significantly accelerated high solid sludge digestion.The optimum ozone dosage was 80 mg · g-1 suspended solids,and the corresponding maximum methane yield was 238 mL · g-1 volatile suspended solids,which was 1.36 times higher than that in the control test.Further studies showed that the addition of ozone could promote the dissolution of soluble chemical oxygen demand,soluble protein,and polysaccharides.Finally,the dissolution of NH4+-N and pO43--P further verified that ozone could promote the dissolution of high solid sludge.关键词
