探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗奥氮平所致代谢综合征的疗效及安全性
The efficacy and safety of compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of metabolic syndrome caused by olanzapine

Abstract
Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of metabolic syndrome induced by olanzapine.Methods In this randomized-controlled,single blind and prospective study,a total of 45 female inpatient cases with schizophrenia who met diagnostic criteria of the 10th edition of international classification of diseases(ICD-10),were randomly divided into the intervention group(combined with compound Danshen dripping pills,n=22)and the control group(n=23)based on olanzapine treatment.Body weight,body max index(BMI),fasting glucose and insulin resistance index(IRI)were used to blindly assess the efficacy in two groups at 0,4,8 and 12 weeks.Results Finally,a total of 37(82.2%)patients finished the research,including eighteen cases in the intervention group and nineteen cases in the control group.At 8 weeks,there were significantly lower changes of IRI in the intervention group when compared with the control group(0.29±0.62 vs.1.03±0.636;P<0.05).Furthermore,at 12 weeks,the intervention group showed lower changes regarding body weight,BMI and IRI compared with those the control group,and the differences were significantly statistical(1.87±2.81 vs.5.14±3.67,0.53±0.56 vs.1.92±1.03 and 0.22±0.66 vs.1.49±0.67,respectively).There was no significant difference in the total number of cases suffering side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of compound Danshen dripping pills can effectively and safely reduce metabolic syndrome induced by olanzapine in female patients with schizophrenia,which needs further study to apply to clinical practices.关键词
