2型糖尿病患者轻度认知功能障碍的临床分析
Clinical analysis of mild cognitive impairment patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of the mild cognitive impairment (MCI) of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods All research subjects are divided into MCI with T2DM group (45 patients),MCI without T2DM group (41 patients) and control group (36 participants).The Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) was administered to all subjects to test their view space /executive capability,name,attention,sustain attention,calculate,language,abstract,and delay recall.Results Compared with control group,the MCI with T2DM group had significantly lower scores in visual spatial/executive capability,attention,sustain attention,language,abstract,delay recall (P<0.01).Compared with the MCI without T2DM group,the total scores of MCI with T2DM group were significantly lower,and they had significantly lower scores in visual spatial/executive capability,attention,sustain attention,delay recall (P<0.01-0.05).Conclusion The visual spatial/executive capability,attention,sustain attention,language,abstraction and memory of the MCI patients with T2DM are impaired unequally.The total cognitive function of MCI patients with T2DM is poorer than the MCI patients without T2DM,especially in visual spatial/executive capability,attention,sustain attention and memory.关键词
