Abstract
Objective To explore the domestic epidemiology,development and treatment of moyamoya disease and then evaluate surgical curative effects.Methods We searched the articles about moyamoya disease published in CNKI or CDDBFT before 2016-04-25 in China,and screening articles by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria strictly.The articles were managed by Noteexpress 3 software,and the data extraction table was made by Excel and the data were processed by SPSS 19.0.Results There were 609 articles accepted with a total of 2430 cases of moyamoya disease including 1250 males,1180 females.The male to female ratio was about 1:0.94.Clinical classifications in 1537 cases were as following.The number of ischemic type was 911,accounting for 59.3% and the hemorrhage type was 626,accounting for 40.7%.In the aspect of clinical results,curative rate of surgical treatment was 90.6% and the curative rate of medical treatment was 82.4% (χ2=14.362,P<0.05).The clinical curative rate of three types of surgical operation including indirect,direct,combined vessel revascularization was 91.5%,89%,97.6%,respectively (χ2=4.290,P>0.05).In the results of vessel revascularization,the curative rate of indirect and combined vessel revascularization was 64.8%,91.5%,respectively (χ2=30.008,P<0.05).Conclusion The male to female ratio is about 1:0.94 in domestic,and is lower than international level.Clinical symptom is mainly about ischemia.Clinical results:The surgical curative effect is superior to the internal medicine.There are no significant differences among three types of surgical operation.Combined blood vessel revascularization is better than indirect blood vessel revascularization on the effect of vessel revascularization.关键词
