综合治疗对职业性轻度手臂振动病患者神经电生理的影响
Effect of comprehensive treatment on nerve electrophysiology in patients with mild occupational hand-arm vibration disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive treatment on the electrophysiological characteristics in patients with mild occupational hand-arm vibration disease (HAVD).Methods Sixty cases with HAVD in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were analyzed,and all patients were given comprehensive treatment.Nerve electrophysiological features were compared before and after treatment.Results The DML value of median nerve in all the patients before treatment was higher than that that after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The DML value of ulnar nerve before treatment was higher than that after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The SCV values of median nerve and ulnar nerve before treatment were lower than those after treatment (P<0.05).Compared with those after treatment,all patients showed lower amplitude of the median nerve,higher DML prolongation rate of motor nerve conduction of the median nerve,higher SCV slowing rate of sensory nerve conduction of the median nerve and higher occurrence rates of hand numb,hand pain,hypoalgesia,hypopselaphesia and vibratory sense weakness before treatment (all P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stage of HAVD,the nerve electrophysiological features include the prolonged motor conduction distal latency of median nerve and ulnar nerve as well as slowing SCV.After the comprehensive treatment,the indexes are improved,which indicate that the therapeutic effect is significant.关键词
