早期初诊帕金森病患者非运动症状的临床特征及影响因素分析
Study on non-motor symptoms and their influencing factors in early stage newly diagnosed Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the frequency of non-motor symptoms (NMS) and their influencing factors in a cohort of patients with newly diagnosed Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods A total of 105 patients with early PD and 100 healthy controls participated in this study.NMS were screened by the Nonmotor Symptom Questionnaire (NMSQuest),and their influencing factors were identified from clinical characteristics.Results The NMSQuest score in PD group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).In the PD group,the most commonly experienced NMS were constipation (58 cases,55.2%),memory deterioration (51 cases,48.6%),depressing emotion(43 cases,40.9%).Regression analysis showed that H-Y stage,age and PD subtype were influencing factors for NMSQuest score(P<0.05),but gender,education level and disease duration were not.Conclusion NMS in patients with newly diagnosed PD are common and diverse,so clinical doctors should be pay more attention to them and treat early.关键词
