苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合镇肝熄风汤对阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者的疗效分析
Analysis of the effectiveness of levamlodipine besylate combined with Zhenganxifeng decoction on elderly patients with hypertension of type deficiency of Yin and excess of Yang

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of levamlodipine besylate combined with Zhenganxifeng decoction on elderly patients with hypertension of type deficiency of Yin and excess of Yang.Methods Totally 120 elderly patients suffering from hypertension of type deficiency of Yin and excess of Yang in our hospital between June 2014 and September 2016 were collected and were divided into two groups randomly:observation group and control group (60 cases in each group).Patients in the control group were treated with levamlodipine besylate,while the patients in the observation group were treated with levamlodipine besylate combined with Zhenganxifeng decoction.Changes in parameters of liver function,renal function,blood lipid,blood pressure and electrocardiogram were assessed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the blood pressure was significantly reduced in both groups,and the changes in observation groups were significantly larger than those of control group (P<0.05).The symptom scores in observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid of observation group was lower than that before treatment,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of levamlodipine besylate combined with Zhenganxifeng decoction for elderly patients with hypertension of type deficiency of Yin and excess of Yang is superior to the use of levamlodipine besylate alone.Zhenganxifeng decoction can effectively regulate the blood liquid of the elderly patients with hypertension,with a good clinical safety and efficiency.关键词
