Research Progress on Nutrition and Feeding Technology in Reducing Odour in Large-Scale Pig Farms
摘要
Abstract
Odour pollution caused by large-scale pig farms has become increasingly serious in our country,nutrition and feeding technologies are significant methods of controlling odour emissions.On the basis of comprehensive literature and production practices,the composition and causes of the odour were analyzed,the production of odour in pig farms and fermentation types were introduced,feed additives to reduce intestinal stink and feeding technologies to decrease odour emissions inside and outside hog house were concluded,and combining nutrition and feeding technology to reduce odour were prospected.The purpose of the paper was to provide theoretical basis for large-scale pig farms to reduce odour.关键词
