朱跃兰教授治疗干燥综合征合并桥本氏甲状腺炎
Theory discuss of professor ZHU Yuelan using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sjogren's syndrome with Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Abstract
Professor ZHU Yuelan thinks that sjogren's syndrome with Hashimoto's thyroiditis is associated with liver, spleen and kidney. The root of this disease is that the function of transporting of spleen, controlling dispersion of liver and storing vital essence of kidney. The key pathogenesis of this disease is that phlegm and blood stasis block meridians and affect the operation of qi and blood, which runs through the whole process of the disease. The treatment principle is tonifying the spleen and kidney, relieving and nourishing the liver and resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals. This treatment can achieve the purpose of eliminating symptoms and removing disease, supplementing the deficiency but not nourishing the spleen and stomach, removing evil but bot damaging vital qi and simultaneous elimination and reinforcement. In the clinical treatment of the disease, the main prescription is the Liuwei Dihuang pill, and then add some other traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of invigorating spleen and reducing phlegm and activating collaterals and eliminating stagnation, especially animal medicine. Clinical curative effect is very good.关键词
