Abstract
The basic pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea can be summarized insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness, the factors leading to the disease are insufficiency and dampness, the main disease place is spleen and often developed to the kidney. The points of "if the liver disease, it should be understood that the disease may spread to the spleen and the treatment should be to fill the spleen", "if the spleen disease, it should be understood that the disease may spread to the kidney and the treatment should be to tonify the kidney" show the relationship between spleen and kidney from physiology, pathology and generation-inhibition in five elements, the principle of treatment of IBS-D is to invigorate the spleen and kidney. Shenling Baizhu powder and Sishen Wan, a prescription formed under the guidance of invigorating spleen and kidney, was used to treat IBS-D can significantly alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, this reflects the feasibility and importance of method of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney for IBS-D.关键词
