史锁芳教授治哮验案
Professor SHI Suofang in the treatment of asthma
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHI Suofang divides bronchial asthma into 5 types to treat the disease, the treatment is to dispel wind and relieve arthralgia, Belamcanda chinensis, ephedra, almond, mulberry, cicada, centipede sunburn and other drugs to be used. Types of phlegm obstruction and stasis of lung-qi should be treated by the methods of expelling turbid, opening yang qi and lung qi, blackberry lily, almonds, pericarpium trichosanthis, allium, coptis chinensis, rhizoma pinelliae and other drugs to be used. Methods of nocturnal asthma were Xinwen Sanxie, Kuhan Qingli and regulating yin and yang, ebony, cinnamon, asarum, rhizoma coptidis, radix codonopsis, angelica, fried phellodendron, sichuan pepper, ginger tablets and other drugs to be used. Types of deficiency syndrome of the lung, wind-evil and phlegm and retained fluid should be treatment by methods of tonifying qi to expel wind, releasing lung and resolving phlegm and treatment of both lung and nose, astragalus, windbreak, basil, ginger, asarum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, preparation of earthworm and other drugs to be used. Types of Wind attacking lung and liver qi inverse should be treated by methods of expelling wind and dispelling cold and soothing liver and alleviating convulsion,ephedra, almond, platycodon, bupleurum, radix peucedani, coptis chinensis, fructus mume, fructus aurantii, radix paeoniae alba and other drugs to be used.关键词
