小龙虾致横纹肌溶解综合征的临床诊治
Clinical diagnosis and curative effect observation of Rhabdomyolysis caused by crayfish
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyse the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods To observe the clinical efficacy and the change situation of creatase by giving early diagnoses and the comprehensive treatments such as giving normal saline or glucose liquid to adequate hydration fluids, alkalize urine by giving sodium bicarbonate, rapid diuresis by giving furosemide or mannitol of the selected 41 Rhabdomyolysis patients, and then to review and analyse the clinical diagnosis and peocessed data. Results After the early diagnoses and promptly comprehensive treatments, all the selected 41 Rhabdomyolysis patients were cured or turned good, there was no deterioration or death. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Early diagnoses and promptly comprehensive treatments such as correcting or preventing pathogenic factors, adequate hydration fluids, alkalizing urine, preventing and treating complications are the keys of the successful treatment of Rhabdomyolysis, which have important meaning to improve the prognosis of the disease.关键词
