柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减辨治脑卒中后抑郁
Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of depression after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of depression after stroke. Methods 98 depression patients after stroke were randomly divided into observation group (n=49) and control group (n=49). Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment after stroke, the control group was treated by Fluxetine and the observation group was treated by Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction. Observe and record the depressive state, neurologic impairment state, clinical efficacy and adverse effect during treatment period. Results The depression state of two group after treatment have received a major greater improvement (P < 0.05), and there was no statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). Neurological deficit score was not statistically significant between the two groups before the treatment (P > 0.05), The depression state of two group after treatment have received a major greater improvement (P < 0.05), and the observation group improved more significantly (P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance in clinical efficacy between the groups of patients (P > 0.05). Liver and kidney function and ECG did not change significantly between the two groups before and after treatment. In the control group, 3 cases of insomnia were improved after the treatment, and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the observation group. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction and western medicine Fluoxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression is basically the same, but Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction was significantly better than western medicine Fluoxetine in the improvement of neurologic impairment.关键词
