清胃活血汤联合泮托拉唑钠治疗急性胃炎
Qingwei Huoxue decoction combined with Pantoprazole sodium in the treatment ofacute gastritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Qingwei Huoxue decoction combined with Pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of acute gastritis. Methods Patients with acute gastritis were selected as subjects and divided to two groups. 64 patients in the control group were treated with Pantoprazole sodium, 64 patients in the observation group were treated with Qingwei Huoxue decoction and Pantoprazole sodium, the changes of related indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results In the control group, the cure rate was 32.81%, the total effective rate was 84.38%, while, in the observation group, the cure rate was 50%, the total effective rate was 95.31%, two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05); After treatment, the main symptom score, symptom score and total score of the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there was statistical significance before and after treatment (P < 0.05), after treatment, the main symptom score, symptom score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there was significant difference before and after treatment (P < 0.01), after treatment, the main symptom score, symptom score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The two groups after treatment in endoscopic mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion, bleeding before treatment were significantly improved after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), the observation group after the treatment of mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion, bleeding and improved levels than the control group after treatment was more significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Qingwei Huoxue decoction combined with Pantoprazole sodium can improve gastric microcirculation, protect gastric mucosa, inhibit inflammation.关键词
