复方苦参注射液联合化疗对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血生化指标和生活质量的影响
Effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy on blood biochemical index and quality of life of gastrointestinal cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients and blood biochemical indexes, tumor markers, immune function and quality of life. Methods Retrospective analysis of 78 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients in our hospital, according to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into treatment group and control group, each group were 39 patients. The treatment group was treated with compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy, and the control group was treated only with chemotherapy. Compared the clinical effect of two groups after treatment;Detected and compared the changes of blood biochemical indexes and immune function of the two groups before and after treatment; To use SF-36 scale assessed the quality of life of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher (P < 0.05); The S100A4, MMP-2, TNF-α,VEGF, CEA, CA724 and CA199 of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); Compared with those before treatment, the proportion of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells ratio in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, while the CD8+ cells ratio was significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); After treatment, the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), and the scores of SF-36 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients has significant clinical effect, which can effectively protect the immune function, and improve the quality of life significantly.关键词
