中药联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化
Traditional Chinese medicine combined with entecavir in the treatment of type B cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with entecavir in the treatment of type B cirrhosis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group. The control group was treated by western medicine entecavir alone and the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine compound to promoting blood flow and detoxification and resolving hard lump that was based on the control group. The liver function (ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, ALB, GLB), serun marker of hepatitis B two pairs (HBSGg, HBeAg, HBVDNA) and the changes of abdominal Doppler color flow velocity mapping of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results Compared with the control group, after treatment 48 weeks, the liver function of the treatment group was significantly improved (P<0.05) and the improvement of AST, AIb in liver function was significant (P<0.01), the change of HBSAg concentration decline in hepatitis B two pairs was statistically significant (P<0.01); There was significant difference in the thickness of spleen of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine of entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis can effectively improve the liver function and promote the recovery of liver function; This method can reduce and inhibit the content of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and also can inhibit hepatic fibrosis and improve the degree of splenomegaly.关键词
