草果配方颗粒中总黄酮含量测定
Determine the content of total flavonoid in Tsaoko prescription granule
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determined the content of total flavonoid in Tsaoko prescription granule using the method of UV-visible spectrophotometry. Methods With rutin as a standard, using UV-visible spectrophotometry, taking the NaNO2 - Al(NO3)3 - NaOH system as the chromogenic agent, content of total flavonoid was determined at 504 nm wavelength. Results The total flavonoids in the samples had a good relationship with the concentration of 8.8~52.8mug/mL, and the regression equation was as follows: A = 0.0105C + 0.0681, r = 0.9991, the precision experiment RSD % was 1.09 %, which showed that the precision of the instrument was good, and the interference was negative; It has good stability and reproducibility; The average recovery for rutin was 99.32%, RSD% was 1.29%. The results showed that the method was stable and reliable, and the content of total flavonoids was 12.38%. Conclusion The determination method of total flavonoids from Tsaoko prescription granule of this experiment is simple, accurate and reliable.关键词
