针刺结合中药局部熏洗治疗卒中后足下垂内翻
Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine local fumigation in the treatment of drop foot and strephenopodia after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine local fumigation in the treatment of drop foot and strephenopodia after stroke. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, Each group had 30 cases. Patients in the observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine local fumigation, patients in the control group were received rehabilitation training, the course of treatment was three weeks. Before and after treatment, the Tinetti gait assessment scale, simplified Fugl-Meyer scale (FMA) and modified barthel index rating scale (MBI) were used to evaluate the walking ability, lower limb motor function and daily living ability of the patients. Results After treatment, the walking ability, lower limb motor function and daily living ability of the patients in observation group were significantly higher (P < 0.01) than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine local fumigation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of drop foot and strephenopodia after stroke.关键词
