Assignment of Permanent Prime Farmland around Guixi City

Abstract
Nowadays the contradiction between urban master planning and general land use planning is more and more prominent,land management is facing serious challenges,it will cause certain influence on the stability of prime farmland.Based on two-plan integration,taking Guixi City,Jiangxi Province as the research area,the approach to the assignment of the permanent prime farmland around the city was explored.On the basis of two-plan integration,urban development boundary and cultivated land comprehensive quality,permanent prime farmland was demarcated by means of selecting farmland natural quality,cultivated land continuity,patch shape index,the distance from cultivated land to rural roads and the distance from cultivated land to countryside residential area as the indicators the comprehensive evaluation index system of permanent prime farmland was established.Using the index method the scores of prime farmland were determined.The priority for cultivated land to be included in the prime farmland was determind according to the index scores of the cultivated land quality,and following the principle of maximum similarity the prime farmland was divided into prior planning type,suitable addition type,main regulation type,and removal quitting type,and the prime farmland was designated.The farmland of good quality around the city,along the road which had not been designated should be designated as the prime farmland,meetin the standard,the quantity of prime farmland assured,the quality improved and layout optimized.关键词
