A Risk Assessment Method of Variable Operating Conditions for Equipment with Technology and Vibration Information

Abstract
An operating risk assessment method was put forward in this paper aiming at the problems of variable operating condition for equipment.Firstly, extract the eigenvalue of the equipment vibrating and processing signals and conduct feature fusion based on information entropy;Then, set up a CHMM condition monitoring model under the extremum condition, and build a SVM regression model by using the export data of the CHMM model and the process data;Thirdly, identify the source and extent of the state change by calculating the output result difference value of current data of the equipment from two models;Finally, convert the maximum likelihood estimation of CHMM-SVM model to possibility which was then converted to the credibility of the operating condition by threshold, and conduct the equipment operating risk assessment based on the D-S evidence theory.The gearbox operating state was verified in an experiment, the results of which show that the method can comprehensively reflect the changes of the equipment operating condition.关键词
