摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the manufacturing requirements of capillaries in the biomedical fields, this paper proposed a method to form the channel by utilizing the vibration and impact of the piezoelectric vibrator and cutting the tip of the capillary.A glass tube with the tip blocked was firstly produced by the glass capillary drawing system based on laser heating, and a cutting device for the tip of glass capillary was then designed.The displacement loads were applied to both sides of the glass capillary tip by utilizing the vibration of the vibrator and the fixed blade in order to form the channel by breaking the tip of the capillary.The inner diameter and outer diameter were both measured, which shows that the inner diameter of the tip is below 1 μm.
