摘要

Abstract

Along with the publicity of "Made in China 2025" concept, the traditional manufacturing industry is transforming from the high input, high consumption and high pollution pattern to the digitization, intellectualization and informatization pattern.Based on this situation, a pneumatic-hydraulic composite clamping system was designed by using combinatorial innovation method, from which, the formula of the related parameters was deduced by analyzing the working principle and basic structural characteristics.The clamping system is a sort of pneumatic tools with the compressed air as its power source, and its output force can be magnified 3 times through toggle force amplifier and Pascal's principle.The results show that the design parameters can meet the demands of the practical project.
