摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of nanofluid on the heat transfer characteristics in the wavy mini-channel heat sink, a comparative study on heat transfer enhancement was conducted by using numerical simulation method in the heat sink with deionized water and 1vol.% Al2O3 nanofluid.The distributions of fluid temperature field and base temperature in the wavy mini-channel heat sink were obtained, and the relationship of Reynolds number and heat transfer coefficient was achieved.The results show that nanofluid enhances the heat transfer performance in the wavy mini-channel heat sink, but with not very remarkable effect.
