摘要
Abstract
Based on the process analysis, a manufacturing process with the precision investment casting combined with CNC was presented in this paper according to the DAM boxes features of complex structure, high accuracy and short production cycle.By selecting suitable aluminum alloy material and reasonable technology measures, the process scheme could meet the efficient mass production requirements of the products by shortening the processing cycle, reducing the cost, improving the yield as well as keeping the precision, consistency and interchangeability.关键词
