摘要

Abstract

This paper takes a kind of multi-mode electromechanical coupling system of new energy vehicle as the research object.Firstly, establish the 3D solid model of the system and the finite element model of the box body and the key parts by applying Catia and Hypermesh respectively;Secondly, build the system of rigid flexible mixed model in Romax environment to check the strength of the gear box and the key parts;Finally, analyze the box constrained mode, the natural frequency, and the vibration mode, and calculate the excitation frequency of transmission gear under the common speed.
