摘要

Abstract

Vacuum drying technology has been widely used in cleaning process of industrial parts, and the quality of the tank of the vacuum drying module affects the drying module performance directly.In this paper, the wall thickness of the vacuum tank was designed preliminarily based on the given shape size, and it was then optimized through the reasonable arrangement of strengthen bar.Finally, the finite element analysis was conducted by ANSYS Workbench to verify the rationality of the optimization.The results show that the materials and production costs were saved in an allowable range on strength.
