摘要

Abstract

The paper took the eight degrees of freedom (DOF) intelligent spraying robot, which was developed based on independent research and applied to the spraying line, as the research object.Firstly, the overall design scheme of the robot structure was determined according to the requirements of the performance and structure;And then, the machine structure model of the spraying robot was established by using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks, and the finite element model of the robot structure was also built after simplifying the structure model by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench;Finally, by making the displacement analysis and modal analysis of the spraying robot, the first six orders natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.
