Application Value of Serum Amylase, Trypsinogen-2, PAF and IL-10 Combined Detection in the Diagnosis of Post-ERCP Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of serum amylase,serum trypsinogen-2,platelet activating factor (PAF) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the diagnosis of pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography (ERCP).Methods 168 ERCP patients in the Affiliated Chaohu Hospital of Medical University Of Anhui from January 2014 to February 2016 were divided into the control group (54 cases),the hyperamylasemia group (63 cases) and the pancreatitis group (51 cases) according to postoperative diagnosis results.Serum amylase,trypsinogen-2,PAF and IL-10 levels of 4 hours and 24 hours before and after surgery were detected respectively.Results Before surgery,serum amylase,trypsinogen-2,PAF and IL-10 levels were no statistically significant in the three groups.Serum amylase,trypsinogen-2,PAF and IL-10 levels in the hyperamylasemia group and the pancreatitis group postoperative 4h and postoperative 24h were higher than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Serum amylase,trypsinogen-2,PAF and IL-10 levels in the hyperamylasemia group and the pancreatitis group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference has statistical significance (P＜0.05).The sensitivity,specificity of combined detection of serum amylase,trypsinogen-2,PAF and IL-10 were significantly higher than those of the individual detection,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum amylase,trypsinogen-2,PAF and IL-10 in post-ERCP pancreatitis patients has important guiding significance to early diagnosis and treatment.关键词
