线粒体脑肌病合并乳酸血症和卒中样发作的影像学表现
The Imaging Manifestations of Mitochondrial Encephalomyopathy with Lactic Acidosis and Stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations with mitochondrial encephalomyopathy (ME) and provide imaging evidences for the diagnosis and treatment of ME.Methods The imaging findings of a comfirmed case of MELAS were studied retrospectively.Results The lesions mainly located in the cerebral occipital lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe.All the lesions showed hypointense on T1-weighted image and ADC map,hyperintense on T2-weighted image and diffusion weighted image (DWI),and no enhancement.The artery increased in MRA.The appearances of CT images were the high intensity calcification in basal nuclei.Conclusion The imaging findings of MRLAS are useful for the diagnosis,but the confirmation should be combined with clinical situation.关键词
