糖尿病合并白内障与老年性白内障临床手术比较
Comparison of Clinical Operation of Diabetes Combined with Cataract and Senile Cataract

Abstract
Objective To provide references for improving the surgical success rate of patients with diabetic combined with cataract through comparing the curative effect of the application of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in treating the patients with diabetes combined with cataract and senile cataract.Methods We selected 60 cases (101 eyes) of diabetes with cataract as the observation group,and 60 cases (100 eyes) of senile cataract patients as the control group in Yuxi People's Hospital from April 2014 to May 2016.Patients in two groups were given treatment of preoperative mydriasis and non-steroid eye drops,and received capsulorhexis with moderate size during the operation,and then were followed up for 3 months to examine the visual acuity,cornea,anterior chamber,intraocular pressure,intraocular lens position,fundus and postoperative complications.Results The visual acuity was significantly improved in the two groups after operation.The visual acuity of the observation group was between 0.5 and 0.7 in 12 eyes,between 0.8 and 1.0 in 45 eyes,and in the control group was 44 eyes.In the control group (P＞0.05).The postoperative complications were corneal edema,anterior chamber exudation and vitreous detachment.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.0％,8.0％ and 3.0％,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 8.0％,3.0％,2.0％,corneal edema and vitreous prolapse was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation are good methods in the treatment of senile cataract patients with diabetes,they can not only restore vision,but also provide a guarantee for the fundus examination and treatment.关键词
