米诺环素对固定义齿修复后继发牙周炎的临床疗效
Curative Effect of Minocycline for Periodontitis after Fixed Denture

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Minocycline for periodontitis after fixed denture,and to observe and analyze the improvement of the symptoms of periodontal and security.Methods Sixty-eight patients with periodontitis after fixed denture were selected in Panzhihua Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital from January in 2012 to August in 2015,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 in each group.The control group had 38 teeth,116 abutment loci),treated with conventional treatment.The observation group had 39 tooth,118 abutment sites,treated with minocycline treatment.Then we observed the therapeutic effect of two groups,evaluated gingival bleeding index (BI),plaque index (PLI),periodontal pocket depth (PD) and periodontal attachment level (AL) and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.92% (112/118),higher than the control group 84.48% (98/116),the invalid rate of the observation group was 5.08% (6/118),lower than the control group 15.52% (18/116)),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).BI,PLI,PD and AL of the observation group after treatment were (0.84 ± 0.10),(0.81 ±0.13),and (2.11 ±0.14) mm,(1.39 ±0.17) mm,lower than the control group after treatment (1.39 ±0.15),(1.36 ±0.17) and (2.78 ±0.16) mm and (3.20± 0.24) mm,and the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The adverse reactions of two groups had no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Minocycline treatment has better clinical curative effect for periodontitis after fixed denture,and can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and is safe and reliable.关键词
