老年男性下尿路症状与2型糖尿病的相关性
The Correlation between the LUTS of Elderly Male Patients and Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the LUTS of senior man and Diabetes mellitus type 2 and to explore how the influencing factors of Diabetes mellitus type 2 affect LUTS.Methods We selected 92 examples of Diabetes mellitus type 2 patients from the January of 2014 to the January of 2016 as subjects,and assigned 34 examples of LUTS patients into observation group,and other 58 patients in the control group.Then we detected and compared the fasting blood sugar,2-hour post-meal blood sugar,fasting plasma insulin determination,cpeptide,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,prostate-specific antigen,and the size of prostate of two groups of patient.We also compared the course of diabetes,and analyzed the statistically significant data of two groups with logistics Multivariate Regression Analysis,and to research the risk factors of occurrence of LUTS.Results The results of blood glucose indexes:The levels of fasting blood sugar,2-hour post-meal blood sugar,fasting plasma insulin,fasting c peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients in the control group were lower than those in the observation group.The results of serum lipids index showed that there was no statistically significant difference between two group of patients in the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein levels,high-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein.There was no statistically significant difference in prostate-specific antigen (PSA) between two groups of patients.There were statistically significant differences in prostate volume increases between two groups.The course of diabetes of patients in the control group was shorter than that in the observation group,and there was a statistically significant difference.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that there were three risk factors of elderly male LUTS:longer course of diabetes,higher levels of glycated hemoglobin and higher levels of insulin.Conclusions There is a correlation between aged males LUTS and type 2 diabetes mellitus,longer duration of diabetes,higher levels of glycated hemoglobin and higher levels of insulin are the risk factors of aged male LUTS.The three risk factors and lower urinary tract infection should be prevented in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.关键词
