摘要
Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress distribution of different neck design dental implants.Methods:The solid model of human mandible was constructed from the CT databases with computer-aided design software.Two dental implants with micro-threaded or macro-threaded neck designs were constructed from company databases.Stresses around the cortical bone-implant interfaces were calculated by ANSYS software.Results:The peak value of the Von-Misesstress and shearforceappeared in the cortical bone around the implant neck.The implant with micro-threaded neck showed lower Von-Mises stress in the implant-contical bone interface than the implant with macro-threaded neck,whereas,the difference in the implant-cancellous bone was not obvious.Conclusion:The implant with micro-threaded neck might be more applicable than implant with macro-threaded neck.关键词
