基质金属蛋白酶-1启动子基因多态性与口腔癌易感性的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of association between matrix metalloproteinase-1 polymorphism and susceptibility of oral cancer

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the association between matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)-1607(1G/2G)polymorphism in promoter region and susceptibility of oral cancer by Meta-analysis.Methods:Case-control studies evaluating the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)-1607(1G/2G)polymorphism in promoter region and susceptibility of oral cancer were searched in electronic databases and compared in the different genetic model.Odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI)were used to express the relationship between polymorphism and susceptibility.RevMan5.3 software was applied for data analysis.Results:A total of 5 studies were extracted for systematic review.Meta-analysis which based on random effects model showed that OR(95%CI)=0.80(0.53-1.20)under 1G/2G VS.2G/2G model,OR(95%CI)=0.77(0.54-1.11)under 1G VS.2G model,OR(95%CI)=1.34(0.87-2.06)under 2G/2G VS.1G/2G+1G/1G model and OR(95%CI)=0.69(0.36-1.36)under 1G/1G VS.1G/2G+2G/2G model.Conclusion:Current literatures can not confirm that there was significant association between MMP-1-1607(1G/2G)polymorphism in promoter region and susceptibility of oral cancer.关键词
