顽固性与普通性复发性阿弗他溃疡体液和细胞免疫水平的比较研究
Comparative study on the differential levels of humoral and cellular immunity indexes between refractory and general recurrent aphthous ulcer

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of the study was to compare the differential levels of serum humoral and cellular immunity indexes in peripheral blood between refractory and general recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods:Three hundred and twenty-nine patients with refractory RAU,296 patients with general RAU and 217 healthy controls were included in the study.Immunoturbidimetry was used to examine the level of immunoglobulins including IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE and those of complements such as C3 and C4 levels in peripheral blood.Flow cytometry was adopted to detect the percentage of lymphocytes subsets including CD19+,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+lymphocytes and NK cell.Results:Compared with the general RAU group,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgE increased in the refractory RAU group,so did C3 and C4 and CD8+(P<0.05),while that of CD19+and CD4+/CD8+ decreased in the refractory RAU group(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy control group,the levels of IgG,IgA,IgE,C3 and C4 increased in refractory RAU group,so did that of CD8+ and those of CD3+ and NK(P<0.05),while that of CD19+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ decreased in refractory RAU group(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy control group,the C3 level increased,the level of C4 increased,while that of CD4+ decreased in the general RAU group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both clinical characteristics and immunity indexes are differential between refractory and general RAU.The alteration frequency and extent of humoral and cellular immunity in patients with refractory RAU were more obvious than those with general RAU.关键词
