Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect between immediate implant and delayed implant in dental restorations of tooth-missing.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with missing teeth in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected,and placed into test group and control group randomly by random number table with 30 cases in each group.The test group was given immediate implant,while the control group was given delayed implant.At 24 months follow-up,The planting success rate,ISQ,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The achievement ratio of dental implantation,ISQ and adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in the therapeutic effect and satisfaction of beauty between two groups(P>0.05).However,during the course of the treatment,the degree of satisfaction of patients had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of immediate implant and delayed implant is comparable,but immediate implantation has certain advantages in the treatment process.关键词
