微等离子体射频技术联合胶原贴敷料治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床观察
Clinical efficacy of micro-plasma with collagen protein mask application for atrophic acne scars

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of atrophic acne scars treatment with micro-plasma joint collagen protein mask.Methods: 108 patients with atrophic acne scars were enrolled, and were randomly divided into two groups.The 54 patients in the experimental group were treated with micro-plasma combined with collagen protein mask and the other 54 patients in the control group were treated with micro-plasma.There were 4 times of treatment in a course work, with intervals of 6 weeks between each treatment.The clinical efficacy, ECCA score and adverse reactions were recorded in both groups.Results: After 4 times of treatment, the difference of the clinical efficacy and ECCA score between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative pigmentation between these two groups (P>0.05).However, the difference of the incidence of postoperative facial skin sensitivity was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of micro-plasma combined with collagen protein mask in the treatment of acne scars is better, and the incidence of skin sensitivity is reduced, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
