摘要

Abstract

A set of economic and reasonable energy storage device was designed,which was based on the spiral tube phase-change heat exchanger.The heat transfer process was simulated by establishing a mathematical model of spiral tube energy storage box,besides,the heat transfer effects of five models was analyzed contrastively.The temperature and liquid-phase distribution of phase-change materials during the progress of cold storage in storage box was discussed and the optimal model of energy storage and release cycle were found out.Finally,the rationality of the established model was verified by the experiment.It was concluded that the heat transfer effects of spiral tube varies with different spiral diameters and intercept,and natural convection has a certain influence on phase transition in the spiral tube energy storage box,but it has little effect on the overall energy storage cycle of energy storage box.
