对辊式生物质压块机的设计与试验
Design and experiment of the double-roll biomass briquetting machine
摘要
Abstract
Many biomass molding machines was adopted open compressed molding structure currently,which had many problems such as high energy consumption,low productivity and strict material granularity requirement etc.The thesis basis aimed at reducing energy consumption,improving productivity and enhancing good adaptability for materials,designed a double-roll biomass briquetting machine.The material was compressed to achieve closed molding via the oval mold cavity,which was on the opposite rollers rotating in opposite directions.The biomass compression molding machine was adopted a three-layer structure layout to form a combined pressurization molding system,compressed materials into shapes gradually.The elliptical forming roll mould which could improve the effective working area of the roller and the roller-shaped chevron mould were designed through the ejection force calculation,and carried on the force analysis.It had been proved by prototype the following indices:production rate was 1 032.6 kg/h,energy consumption was 38.8 kW·h/t and forming rate was 91.5%;these indices had reached the requirements of Agricuhural Standard (NT/T1882-2010).关键词
