Heat characteristic analysis of solar battery under non-uniform heat flux

Abstract
Non-uniform energy flux distribution of the solar battery surface refrigerated by the helix type microchannel radiator was studied based on the Fresnel high concentrated PV/T system.The uniform and non-uniform heat flux distributions and the heat transfer character of the radiator under different direct irradiance (DNI) were mainly discussed via direct import method.The results showed that after the uniform light the heat flux distribution of the battery surface was uniform,and the central position of the heat flux was higher.Under the non-uniform heat flux condition,the heat flux of battery edges was lower than that of the center position.The heat transfer under non-uniform condition was lower than that of uniform condition.The more uniform heat flux distribution of the surface of battery chip became,the more heat transferred in the radiator.In order to obtain the outlet fluid which supplied the heat source (65~70 ℃) for membrane distillation,the optimum velocity of the inlet fluid was found with different direct solar irradiation.The velocity of the inlet fluid should be coupled with direct solar irradiation when the enhanced heat transfer factor of the cooling structure reached the maximum value.关键词
