超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和内皮素在大鼠压疮模型损伤中的表达及作用
Expression and Role of Superoxide Dismutase, Malondialdehyde and Endothelin in Rat Model of Pressure Ulcer Injury

Abstract
Objective To detect the levels of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and endothelin in the blood of rats , and study the correlation between them and the injury of pressure ulcer model, to provide early prediction index for the occurrence of clinical pressure sores. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: blank group, ischemia reperfusion group 2,3,4, with 10 rats in each group. The model of pressure ulcer was established by applying and removing the pressure device;ELISA reagent was used to detect superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and endothelium in the blood; in accordance with the light microscope of skin and muscle injury grade, then rats were divided into normal ones, with mild injury, moderate injury and severe injury respectively. The relationship of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and endothelin with the degree of the pressure ulcer damage model was analyzed. Results As pressure ulcer model ischemia reperfusion cycles increased, rat skin and muscle tissue damage were more serious and the injury degree in ischemia reperfusion groups was more serious than that in blank group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). When the damage degree increased, the content of superoxide dismutase decreased but that of malondialdehyde and endothelium increased. The content of superoxide dismutase in mild, moderate and severe injury group was lower than that in blank group, but the content of malondialdehyde and endothelium was higher than that in blank group and intergroup comparison indicated statistical significance (P<0.01); The severity of injury was negatively correlated with superoxide dismutase (r=-0.930, P<0.01), positively with malondialdehyde (r=0.924, P<0.01), and endothelium(r=0.927,P<0.01). Conclusion The decrease of superoxide dismutase content and the increase of malondialdehyde and endothelium content are the influencing factor of tissue injury. The evaluation of early stage of pressure ulcer with biochemical indexes detection will be more predictable.关键词
