血液净化护理信息数据元标准构建研究
Development of Standard System of Blood Purification Nursing Information Data Element
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop Blood Purification Nursing Information Data Element Directory and Information Data Code and to provide standardized data support for the informationization of blood purification nursing. Methods Relevant clinical data were collected through literature review, investigation and Delphi method. With down-top method, blood purification nursing information data element was extracted. According to the national standard, after duplicate checking, de-duplicate, adoption of standards and standardized terminology, finally standardized data element was identified. Results Totally 157 standardized data elements were indentified and Blood Purification Nursing Information Data Element Directory and Information Data Code were developed. Conclusion The standard system of blood purification nursing information date element is developed successfully, and the construction of data element standard of blood purification is basically completed, which establishes foundation for the interworking and sharing of blood purification nursing information.关键词
