摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing based on heart care network on patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group. Routine nursing was performed in control group while continuous nursing based on heart care network in observation group in addition to routine nursing. Coronary heart disease knowledge and quality of life of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of the concept of coronary heart disease, risk factors, predisposing factors, clinical manifestations, examination, treatment, knowledge of drug and rehabilitation in observation group were higher when compared with those in control group (P<0.05). Patients' score of physical activity limitation, stable angina pectoris, angina attack, treatment satisfaction and disease awareness and the total score in observation group were higher than those in control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous care based on heart care network can improve the understanding of coronary heart disease patients, the incidence of disease and patients' quality of life.关键词
