介孔硅材料组装DNA电化学生物膜电极的制备
Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles to Assemble the Preparation ofDNA Electrochemical Biofilm Electrode
摘要
Abstract
A novel DNA electrochemical biofilm electrode was fabricated using Sulfo-SMCC as the heterobifunctional coupling agent which made the sulfhydryl-modified DNAzyme,covalently immobilized on the aminated mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) loaded with the electrochemical indicator methylene blue (MB),and then mixed with chitosan (CTS) dropping applied to the carbon paste electrodes.The preparation process of the biofilm electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and so on.The results showed that the DNAzyme based on thiol-modified was successfully immobilized on the silica nanomaterials,and the prepared electrode material formed a stable film on the surface of the carbon paste electrode.关键词
