张珍玉诊疗经期延长的辨证及用药规律研究
Syndrome Differentiation and Medication Rule Study on ZHANG Zhenyu's Diagnosis and Treatment of Menostaxis

Abstract
Objective:Based on TCMISS,this paper analyzed the syndrome differentiation and medication rule of ZHANG Zhenyu in the treatment of menostaxis. Methods:Total 47 prescriptions in treating menostaxis (1997 ~2005) by ZHANG Zhenyu were selected and the syndrome differentiation and medication were recorded in TCMISS respectively. Then,the author studied the medication rules. Results:Liver qi stagnation was the major syndrome of menostaxis and 41 herbal medicine were adopted in ZHANG Zhenyu's prescrip-tions,among which villous amomum fruit (Sharen),ginseng (Renshen),angelica (Danggui),Chinese thorowax root(Chaihu),parched debark peony root(Chaobaishao) and white atractylodes rhizome(Chaobaizhu) were the first 6 frequently used medication. The most frequently used medicinal combinations include:ginseng(Ren-shen) and villous amomum fruit(Sharen),ginseng(Renshen) and angelica(Danggui),angelica(Danggui) and villous amomum fruit(Sharen),parched debark peony root(Chaobaishao) and Chinese thorowax root(Chaihu), ginseng(Renshen) and parched debark peony root(Chaobaishao). Conclusion:Soothing the liver qi and re-lieving depression,invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi were the most frequently used methods by ZHANG Zhenyu in the treatment of menostaxis.关键词
