吕华运用开泄法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期经验
LYU Hua's Experiences of Opening and Discharging Method in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
摘要
Abstract
LYU Hua believes that the basic pathogeneses of acute exacerbation period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) include:phlegm obstructing and qi stagnation,lung qi failing to disperse,and gradually transforming into the spleen-kidney qi deficiency,ascending counter flow of deficient qi. LYU Hua is good at using the method of opening and discharging based on Shengjiang powder with invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,activating blood and resolving stasis. The method has the functions of dispersing the lung qi,removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and promoting qi movement of the triple energizer,achieving a better clinical efficacy.关键词
