浮针疗法治疗30例落枕疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN) in treating stiff neck. Methods:Total 60 outpatients with stiff neck were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. FSN therapy was applied in the treatment group while the conventional acupuncture therapy used in the control group once a day for 1 to 3 times. Then the curative effect and VAS scores before and after the treatment were observed. Results:In FNS group,22 patients were cured,6 patients improved,2 patients with minor improvement,the total effective rate was 93%. In routine acupuncture group,10 patients were cured,12 patients improved,8 patients with minor improvement,the total effective rate was 73%. There was statistical significance between the curative effects of the two groups (P=0.006). Conclusion:The curative effect of FSN therapy in treating neck stiffness was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture therapy,with short course,less pain and easier manipulation.关键词
